Tonight isn’t really about the leaves. I wanted to use the unglazed clay with something shiny. I just love the contrast. I’m working on a big mosaic that is made of very shiny ceramic pieces. I was thinking about the background and decided that I want to contrast all the shine with something very dull. Tonight’s mosaic is a test to see how it looks.
