I love the process of making mosaics – from the thought, to selecting the materials, to seeing the design emerge, to grouting and to seeing the finished product. There are so many possibilities with each step. The end product changes with each decision I make along the way. It’s like I’m opening a present and I get one more hint of what it is as I complete each step. Finally, after the grout dries I see what I created!
