Day 8 – Figure 8

Starting week 2 of my project.  Today was a little calmer than last Monday.  I was thinking about symbols this afternoon  and drew a bunch of symbols on paper.  I thought I was going to do another spiral tonight; but on the way home I decided to start with a figure 8 or infinity symbol.  Tracing figure 8s is used in energy medicine.  I realized I should have more information to provide but I just didn’t get a chance to do research.  I’ll have to get back to you with more figure 8 information. I know it’s a healing symbol, though.  You can try tracing figure 8s in the air or over your body and see if you feel anything.
