I love the colors of spring. I’m always amazed at how beautiful the colors of the trees look together. They seem to arrange themselves so everywhere I look I see a beautiful scene. I tried to capture the colors of the trees I saw this morning as I was driving.
My year-long project is moving quickly toward the end. Only 100 more days. I have mixed feelings about the project ending – I want it to go on because there’s much more to explore, I’m a little nervous that I won’t know what to do with my time if I don’t make a mosaic every night, and I’m excited that I’ll have more time to work on other projects. I also have to decide what to do with all the mosaics I’ve made. My plan so far is that I’ll keep some, give some away and sell some. That’s as far as I’ve gotten.
