Day 15 – Silly Goose

Tonight I remembered why I’m doing this project and why I love to make things.  I was really tired today and was thinking that making a mosaic a day was starting to rule my life.  I wasn’t sure I could keep it up.  Luckily, when I got home I pulled out my supplies and started to create.  By the time I finished the mosaic I felt energized as I always do.  I need this project to keep me going and to lift me up with I feel down.  I’m so excited about what I made today!

While I was driving home a goose flew by my car.  It was flying very low and I noticed its long  outstretched neck.  I saw the mosaic of the goose almost instantly.  The only thing I didn’t see was that it wouldn’t fit on the 4″ board.  Oh well, the edges are really just a guideline.

I looked up goose in Animal-Speak Pocket Guide by Ted Andrew – “Heed the call to the new quest. Open to new wonders and possibilities. Pursue new adventures. Explore new travels.”   It all fits together.

  1. You can be Goose and I will be Iceman!

  2. I love the out of the borders goose! And it’s so beautiful against the blue, night sky tiles.

    1. thanks, I’m so proud of the goose. Sometimes things just work out! It’s a great reminder not to try too hard and just let it happen
